Submit Your Application
To begin the onboarding process, please email us a summary of your flight experience and your primary "mission" or goals with the club. To expedite your membership, ensure your email includes digital copies of the following documents:

Identification: The Bio page of your Aviation Booklet.

Certifications: Your Pilot’s License, Medical Certificate, and Radio Certificate.

Experience: The last two pages of your personal logbook.

Complete Your Checkout
Safety is our operational baseline. All new members must undergo a flight checkout to demonstrate proficiency to Canadian Private Pilot standards. This evaluation ensures you are comfortable with our specific aircraft and procedures, covering:
